ABOUT KATE RANDOLPH

Pragmatic optimist, ambitious \"do-er\", natural leader. I use my love of problem solving to drive positive change-My career began in 2nd grade when I started finding creative things to do with a stick of butter. I was a curious kid, with a passion for making things. Throughout my life, this has taught me how to think, learn, fail, design, iterate, and problem solve. I’ve been a chef, a maker, a musician, an entrepreneur, a leader, a perennial thanksgiving host. Today I use these skills to drive positive change at the intersection of climate, health and built environment. I am a systems thinker: I keep the big picture and long game in focus while understanding the finer details of how things (and people) work. I tackle complex problems: I look for upstream solutions that amplify downstream impact. I am a leader that builds trust and enables great teams to do great work. Butter is still my favorite ingredient.
