A program leader with more than 25 years of experience working on the design and implementation of development assistance projects in Africa and Haiti. Areas of technical experience include agricultural systems strengthening, micro, rural, and agricultural-financial services, food security, natural resources management, supply chain management, and disaster response. With wide-ranging management skills, has held senior positions with Africa, Haiti, and Supply Chain Management divisions within Chemonics. Expertise includes leading development of project design and implementation documents, such as proposals, work plans, and project monitoring and evaluation plans. Hands-on manager with experience training and mentoring staff in Burkina Faso, Benin, Togo, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Haiti, Senegal, Nigeria, Mali, Kenya, Tanzania, Botswana, Malawi, and Uganda.
