About Kate Weisler

I currently work in the oil and gas industry for ConocoPhillips Alaska. I have a background in logistics strategy and management, demand planning, sourcing, procurement, and materials management. I look forward to finding innovative solutions with our customers, team, and suppliers.I graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with my BBA, triple majoring in global logistics and supply chain management, general business management, and marketing. I enjoy being involved in my community and volunteering for different non-profit organizations in the Anchorage area. Currently, I sit on the board of directors for VOA Alaska to raise awareness and money to support mental health resources for youth. I also sit on the board of directors for Challenge Alaska where I have a passion volunteering as a ski/snowboard instructor for individuals overcoming some learning disadvantages. I also support the American Heart Association with their Go Red for Women annual event and the local Heart Run in the fall. Last but not least, I serve on the planning board for the Anchorage Mayor\'s Charity Ball each year which is a non-political organization that raises awareness and money for a new set of four non-profits each year. I continue to support and volunteer for many non-profits that work to serve our community and promote a better future for all Alaskans. My personal interests revolve around traveling the world, exploring new cultures, and seeking out adventures in my home state, Alaska.
