My current role is responsible for the learning and development of our 130 person Recruitment Team and regional partners. I am responsible for our annual learning initiatives - a robust summer learning series to prepare recruiters for the launch of the recruitment season and two additional learning weeks. I plan and facilitate Communities of Practice across our team to sharpen skills, problem solve and interrogate our practices through role specific spaces. I also steward our field enablement resources to make it easier for recruiters to execute best in class recruitment practices, provide coaching and development opportunities for new team members, and support the implementation and management of our learning management system (Docebo).I continue to support across our talent cycle through consulting on hiring work and leading team culture projects.I have also co-lead our Christian Affinity Group for Christians across the RT and am a member of our AAPI and Parent Staff Belonging Communities.

SKILLS
ABOUT KATE LOCKE MCNAMARA
Through my work as a classroom teacher and recruiter, I\'ve discovered my passion for helping others identify their strengths and understand how those skills translate into immediate impact and long-term leadership. As an adult learning specialist, I create spaces for our team members to unlock their full potential. Whether through designing trainings, fostering communities of practice, or coaching team recruiters, my goal is to equip individuals with the tools they need to unlock their full potential and develop professionally. My approach to learning is rooted in making the content relevant, learning experiences are collective, and spaces feel liberatory to participants. In my free time you can find me running on the Beltline, flowing through a yoga class, getting my behind kicked at Barry\'s Bootcamp, or spending time with my family.
