Kate is the Area Director, publisher/owner of one of N2\'s largest Colorado publications and community connection programs, Stroll Country Club & 7th Ave Historic. Kate launched this program in 2013 and has worked with hundreds of families in this beautiful neighborhood over the years. Part of the program is an exclusive magazine mailed to homeowners in and around the Country Club Historic neighborhood, 7th Ave Historic and Morgan\'s Historic neighborhoods in Denver and is sponsored by local businesses. In addition to the magazine, the program also includes private events residents and business sponsors are invited to such as restaurant reviews, spa nights, B2B networking events etc. as well as a digital marketing component providing business sponsors live web ads to the geofenced neighborhood.
