Talent, change and learning development are my passions. With over 15 years experience in the organizational development arena I bring a wide range of skills that help organizations grow and engage their most valued asset-employees! I am an expert at leading organizations through the change management transformation process which includes thoughtful organizational development, training needs assessments, instructional design and implementation of customized solutions. My extensive training development portfolio includes leadership, soft skills and technical training development in a variety of platforms including instructor led, eLearning, and web-based training. My expert experience in the full learning cycle starting with needs assessments, gap analysis, design, development, training implementation and level 4 evaluations will help your employees become more engaged and productive sooner. I use a variety of industry tools to create lasting learning experiences, these tools include but are not limited: PPT, Publisher facilitator and participant guides, MovieClips, Adobe Captivate, Storyline, 360, iMovie, SnagIt, and Camtasia.
