In my current role, I lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function for the EEMEA region, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting. I manage complex financial analysis projects and provide strategic insights that support both short- and long-term business objectives-Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes for EEMEA-Manage financial reporting and analysis, identifying risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making-Partner with commercial and functional leaders, local finance teams, and the Poland Finance Centre to ensure alignment with corporate objectives-Oversee the financial management of EEMEA HQ cost centres-Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting capabilities, and data accuracy-Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on investments and financial performance-Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including performance management, coaching, and succession planning-Foster strong relationships with the external financial community and internal stakeholders.Key Achievements-Strengthened financial planning processes and improved forecast accuracy across the region-Enhanced reporting capabilities through process optimization and automation-Built strong cross-functional partnerships to support business growth and financial alignment-Contributed to the development of financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
