Engagement Management: Oversight of large and complex assignments from point of sale to point of delivery. Experiences ranging from - but not limited to - expert witness testimony (for offshore wind, HVDC transmission, and state-level carbon pricing policies); IPP and LSE strategic guidance (e.g, go-to-market plans, commercial/business development avenues, etc.); green bank debt-product development (e.g, novel battery storage financing mechanisms); and asset/platform M&A (e.g, gross margin projections, competitiveness analyses, storyboard/CIM development)- Offtake Contract Advisory: PA\'s SME on offtake contract strategy and valuation - ranging from renewable and BESS agreements (e.g, 24/7 carbon-free arrangements, Index Credits, Proxy-gen PPAs, RevPut Options, etc.), to thermal arrangements (e.g, HRCOs, GNAs, tolls, etc.). Advised clients on relative mark-to-market values of various contracting alternatives, risks and opportunities associated with novel structures (e.g, Index ORECs), negotiations with counterparties on key terms, and arms-length reasonableness of affiliate PPAs- Renewables Policy: Led PA\'s efforts around the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)- how it impacts technology LCOEs, PPA prices, asset value, CCS/SMR deployment, etc.
