An experienced and results-driven Asset Integrity Consultant and Chartered Mechanical Engineer, with a proven track record of leading, executing, and managing multidisciplinary asset integrity projects. Currently heading a team of integrity engineers based in Newcastle, delivering projects across the UK (Onshore / Offshore – North Sea), and Turkey.Key responsibilities include end-to-end project execution and management, client engagement, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-performance outcomes. The areas of experience include the following;• Corrosion / Coatings & Cathodic Protection (Onshore/Offshore Assets)• Pipelines Road/Rail Crossings Assessment (API-1102, Boussinesqu & Marston)• Offshore/Onshore Assets Life Extension (ISO-12747)• IMS and UK Legislation (PSR, PSSR, GSMR, Safety Case Reg 2015) Compliance Audits• Annual Technical Integrity Assessment (TIA) of offshore Oil/Gas rigid and flexible pipelines, risers, and associated systems.• RBI (API-580 & 581) and Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA) for onshore/offshore pipelines, flexible/rigid risers and subsea assets. • Integrity Management System (IMS), Major Accident Prevention Document (MAPD) and for major oil and gas Operators in UK.• Analysis of UT & MFL Inline Inspection data. Fitness for Purpose (FFP) reports preparation by using ASME B31G, DNV-RP-F101, NG-18 and Kastner assessment methods.• Qualitative Risk Assessment.• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) • Project Management and Project Planning.• Technical and Commercial Proposals.• Overall responsible for P&L• Resource Management• Mentoring junior engineers for ChartershipI\'m accountable for reviewing project scopes from both technical and commercial perspectives, overseeing the quality and completeness of deliverables. Also identifying and mitigating contractual and HSE-related risks, and providing strategic input during bidding processes and monthly forecasting activities.
