As the Secretariat for Essential Energy’s Customer Advocacy Group (CAG), we have engaged extensively with our business operations across various regions including Bathurst, Wagga Wagga, Coffs Harbour, and Broken Hill. The CAG plays a vital role in Essential Energy’s decision-making process, as members deliberate on issues related to electricity supply and related services impacting Essential Energy customers.
