Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Concentric, where he oversaw P&L, strategic growth, operations, product innovation, and investor engagement. With over 20 years of experience in education, technology-driven businesses, and M&A, he excels at leading people and culture, digital transformation, and scaling businesses for profitable growth. Karlo was also SVP/GM at 2U, Inc.(NASDAQ: TWOU), where he managed $250M+ in revenue and led 500 employees across North America and EMEA. His earlier career includes investment banking and consulting leadership roles at Signal Hill Capital, KPMG, and Deloitte.Karlo is also deeply committed to educational equity, serving as President of the Board for the Baltimore Educational Scholarship Trust (B.E.S.T.) and Vice President of the Board of Trustees at The Gilman School.
