Quite simply, food is my passion. I am an International Executive Chef who has managed fine and casual hotel dining in the US, Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East. Having worked and traveled extensive part of the world, I love developing creative menus and dishes that are influenced by diverse geographic regions. I am driven to ensure my patrons have an especially memorable dining experience.
