Role encompasses both project management and project support responsibilities including the production of project communications and documentation, management of budget, management of risks and issues, project planning, stakeholder engagement and resource allocation. Responsibilities: • Adobe Analytics Migration - managed the migration of commercial arm of DLG’s web analytics from Google Analytics to Adobe Analytics, using an agile methodology of delivery. • Managed project budget of circa £100k • Worked with project sponsors to scope, plan and deliver project to meet agreed business needs. • Assembled and lead project team (five FTE) and SME resource to achieve project outcomes within agreed parameters of time, cost, quality and regulatory requirements. • Developed and managed key project documentation to enable governance oversight and tracking of progress, risks and dependencies for each project. • Engaged and managed 3rd party suppliers to enable delivery of specialist services. • Supported the SLT by providing recommendations on the prioritisation, sequencing and project options to maintain momentum to delivery. • Managing exploration stage of CMS implementation project for Direct Line for Business website. • Managing business readiness and implementation, including tracking of deliverables and management of risks and issues for large scale quote tools migration project for DL4B commercial business. • Deliverables included business readiness plan, cutover plan for technical go -live, and securing resource requirements for business readiness and cutover activities. Achievements • Successfully delivered the migration of Analytics to Adobe Analytics within 4 months (original projection was 6 months) and within budget. Benefits realised surplus to original business case.
