I am a Chartered Accountant who qualified in May 2025 with an All India Rank 28, currently working with EY’s Strategy and Transactions (SaT) practice in the Debt & Special Situations team. My work primarily involves financial restructuring, operational turnaround, insolvency resolution (IBC), and buy-side advisory mandates, providing strategic and financial insights to clients navigating complex business challenges.Previously, I completed my three-year articleship from BSR & Co. LLP (KPMG) in the Statutory Audit domain, where I gained hands-on experience in statutory audits, limited reviews, group reporting, and Ind AS financial statements for both listed and unlisted companies. I also worked extensively on ICOFR testing, financial disclosures, and note preparation, which strengthened my understanding of accounting, controls, and compliance frameworks.I’m passionate about corporate finance, restructuring, and transaction advisory, and I enjoy working on projects that blend financial analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to create tangible value for clients.
