ABOUT KAMIL MACIEJCZYK
I am a manager with many years of experience in building apps, organizing processes, projects, events and human work. My main field of activity is the creation, optimization and analysis of processes in the field of IT, databases and Customer Service - based on cooperation with internal and external entities. Over the years, I had the pleasure of building and developing applications and teams responsible for mass B2C communication (in SMS, e-mail, VMS, IVR channels) or CRM systems as well - both in cooperation with external partners from abroad and the country. The wide range of services provided to contractors has taught me how to choose tools for business and technical processes development flexibly. While I look at the business rather holistically - in my work I still try to pay attention to fine-tuning the details that will allow it to reach its full potential.
