I work at Sii Poland, with Media & Entertainment companies, including gaming, iGaming, live entertainment and digital media platforms. I support clients in delivering and evolving complex technology solutions by connecting business needs with engineering, QA, data and security capabilities- Supporting technology delivery for gaming, iGaming and media platforms, often operating at scale or in regulated environments- Working closely with CTO, Product, Engineering and Operations stakeholders on the client side- Translating business and product goals into realistic delivery models and technical scope- Coordinating cross-functional delivery teams (engineering, QA, cloud, security, data)- Addressing challenges related to platform scalability, performance and stability under peak traffic- Supporting QA strategy, security and compliance considerations for complex, regulated systems- Developing long-term client partnerships and supporting commercial discussions with senior decision-makers- Identifying where Sii’s capabilities can realistically support client growth, beyond simple headcount increase- Contributing to the development of the Media & Entertainment sector at Sii, including market positioning and go-to-market initiatives- Acting as a product owner for selected Media & Entertainment assets, including website content and offering structure
