   I founded Generational Performance Solutions (GPS), formerly YoPro Know, to help organizations bridge the gap between generations in the workplace—starting with a grassroots approach rooted in storytelling and deep listening. What began as a blog exploring the lives of young professionals has grown into a national consulting and speaking firm that equips businesses to attract, retain, and engage top talent across all generations.Today, we use proprietary data—drawn from thousands of interviews and industry-wide insights—to help companies close workforce gaps, improve cross-generational communication, and future-proof their leadership pipelines.In my current role, I speak to audiences across North America, sharing actionable strategies with executives, managers, and emerging leaders. I also lead our advising and consulting services, partnering with clients alongside our team of Associate Consultants to implement sustainable solutions for multigenerational teams. As our company continues to grow, I now split my time between client-facing work and a visionary role focused on long-term strategy, innovation, and impact.
