That early foundation shaped how I lead today: customer-first, technically fluent, calm under pressure, and confident navigating complexity.Since then, I’ve led enterprise-scale migrations across Salesforce, Jira, Monday, ServiceNow, AWS, Citrix, and cloud environments, helping organizations transition platforms seamlessly while protecting customer experience and accelerating adoption. I am particularly strong at identifying tool and workflow gaps, strengthening reporting ecosystems through Power BI and advanced analytics, and creating visibility that drives real operational accountability.My work consistently spans across departments. I leverage Copilot, advanced Copilot agents, and automation workflows to reduce manual overhead, improve response times, surface at-risk accounts earlier, enhance reporting intelligence, and strengthen decision velocity.
