About Kaitlyn Urenda Harrison
I’m a 3L at The University of New Mexico School of Law and current ABA Tax Analysts Fellow (2025), GPSA Political Director, and President of the Business Law Society. As a Graduate Assistant and Research Assistant in Tax and Water Law, I explore how tax policy can be leveraged to neutralize the exhaustion of our natural resources and promote sustainable, equitable outcomes.I spent over a decade in branding and sales—learning how to craft messages that move people, build meaningful networks, and identify the pain points others overlook. That experience gave me both the foresight and capacity to remain a student of my craft, making my advocacy not just strategic, but human.I bring the same values to every endeavor: creativity grounded in discipline, advocacy rooted in empathy, and a relentless belief that the law can be a force for meaningful change.Deliberate. Disciplined. And just a little bit lethal.Still learning, of course—humility looks good on me.
