My career path began with a degree in Finance from UW-La Crosse, where I developed a strong foundation in business and financial principles. While I initially envisioned a future in corporate finance, I quickly discovered my true passion: helping people find meaningful work and supporting companies in building strong teams.Today, as a Recruiting Manager specializing in direct hire placements, I get to do just that. I focus on finance, accounting, HR, and payroll roles across Madison, Janesville, and the surrounding areas. I love connecting with professionals, learning about their goals, and helping them navigate career transitions.
