ABOUT JENNIFER WINESTORFER

Passionate about people, fitness, nutrition and overall health and wellness. Avid athlete, marathon runner and triathlete. Sports have definitely played a huge component in my mindset and work ethic as an individual and as a team player. Motto – Dream Big, Get Sh*t Done, & ALWAYS Have Fun! Life is too short to not have fun! Greatest personal athletic achievement – Competing at the Ironman World Championship in Kona Hawaii with my dad in 2013. My definition of leadership, growth and success has changed over the course of my life. Learning how to rest, manage stress, take care of myself and being true to who I am have been foundational for maintaining a healthy mindset and active lifestyle in and out of the workplace. I have learned how to ask for help, offer help to others when able to, and not afraid to be vocal about ideas. Naturally curious, adaptable, analytical and possessing a data-driven mindset, I am always looking for opportunities to learn, grow and improve. Entrepreneur in the health and wellness industry who has helped tens of thousands of people transform their lives. Combined professional experiences over the course of the past 25+ years span across diverse industries in areas of sales, administration, business development, project management, customer service, customer relationship management (CRM), conflict resolution, analytical thinking, market research, competitive analysis, financial analysis, problem solving, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, quality assurance, executive support, employee relations, coaching and training, developing policies and procedures, recruiting, onboarding, rewards and recognition, performance management, compensation and benefits, company-wide communication and event planning. My unique experiences have provided the pathway to effectively support corporate strategy and business development efforts. Collaboration with customers, leadership and staff on all levels to integrate best practices to continuously improve communication and streamline critical day-to-day operations. My strong work ethic, attention to details and data, and understanding pain points from a business owner, employee and customers’ perspective have enabled me to help create scalable solutions, define and document milestones and have fun building industry leadership through accountability and action.
