Conducts the due diligence investigations and process audits across domains - review of documentation and interviews with Client management- Supports Client process improvement initiatives - leads process change activities, coordinates project management office activities and communication to stakeholders- Advises Client process management team members on their current issues as a process Expert in respective area, i.e: details & methodologiesof identified process improvements, SLA reporting and key performance indicators- Prepares and leads workshops and presentations for Customers, presents process summary, guides thru the processes, recommends set of actions and priorities in respective improvement areas- Coordinates transition of processes and knowledge between Client units or/and implementation/rollout of selected tools, including preparation and execution of project/transition plans, coordinates, monitors, updates and assures the quality of a knowledge transfer process Plans and leads the update calls with trainers and project team and steer committee- Advises on or takes temporary responsibility for team supervision as Team Leader or Senior Team Leader, Senior Business Analyst or Operations Manager- Supporting client in building LEAN Culture, together with building the team of LEAN Champions team and performing tailor maid trainings
