About Justin Ellett
Justin Ellett is the Co-Owner, Founder, and Creative Director of River City Consulting. A husband, father, and entrepreneur, he brings more than 30 years of experience in branding, visual design, and media production, with a focus on strategic execution and long-term client success.Justin began his career in broadcast television, producing and editing commercial content for the FOX network. He later expanded into designing full-length magazines, books with best-selling authors, and integrated marketing campaigns for organizations nationwide. Since founding River City Consulting in 2001, he has led creative and consulting initiatives for thousands of clients across the country and throughout the Richmond, Virginia region.His work has appeared in USA Today, Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal, and Inc. Magazine, as well as across NBC, ABC, CBS, and FOX affiliates nationwide. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications and Advertising from Virginia Commonwealth University and prides his agency on long-standing client relationships—many dating back to the company’s original opening.
