About Justin Shibilski
I am an ambitious, effective manager at a Fortune 500 company with over 20 years of experience in the field of transportation management and leadership. I am focused on urgency and customer relations in an environment that demands continuous improvement, exceeding the needs of our internal and external customers within the boundaries of P&L controls. I combine that experience with a background in corporate training and personal and organizational development. My strategic plan currently focuses on two of Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I begin every project and task, large or small, with the end in mind. My time is valuable, and I need to work toward goals to succeed. Those goals may change, but I don’t believe in idle, random work. With that valuable time comes the need to Sharpen My Saw. I am always looking for suggestions on how to do that effectively. I am married with 3 beautiful children. My hobbies include watching and playing sports along with being an avid trivia fan. I have been able to parlay those two passions together to my benefit in recent years, winning the Sports Jeopardy! Championship, broadcast on the NBC Sports Network, and the SiriusXM Mad Dog Sports Radio Super Bowl Trivia contest.
