This includes residential and commercial DR programs, NMEC-based residential offerings, residential DI, SMB programs, and local government Codes support. • Adapted program delivery to navigate pandemic conditions while meeting customer expectations and balancing staffing needs. • Support expansion efforts by working directly with the BD team to identify opportunities, develop program concepts, deliver proposals and bid defenses, and negotiate contracts. • Manage the region to deliver on production, revenue, and margin expectations.
