Having worked extensively in operations and on product development initiatives, I have managed the execution and continuous improvement of a variety of services, processes, and products. I have implemented L1 Policy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and Problem Solving (A3) processes in multiple organizations. Within organizational leadership roles I have managed stakeholders, suppliers, and consultants in order to optimize delivery of value to the customer. My operational approach includes the development of process flows, including metric derivation and reporting.
