ABOUT JULIO CESAR ALLASIA

With over 15 years of experience in the field, I am a seasoned Systems Engineer whose journey began as an ASP and MSSQL Server developer. Over time, my passion for infrastructure and support propelled me into roles of increasing responsibility. I transitioned into a Systems Manager position within a financial institution, where I honed my skills and eventually ascended to the role of IT Director. This invaluable experience equipped me to spearhead IT initiatives from inception in the Engineering and Construction sector. Here, I crafted the vision and strategies for the team, overseeing software development projects, ERP implementations, and providing comprehensive maintenance and support services, all while prioritizing value delivery and customer satisfaction. Throughout my career, I have prioritized the development of soft skills, fostering effective communication and feedback mechanisms with both senior leadership and team members. Additionally, my exploration of various frameworks, including an in-depth dive into the ITIL concept, culminated in certifications such as A-CSM and SCPO from ScrumAlliance. Driven by a desire for new challenges, I recently transitioned to a role as PM & SM at a multinational services company. In this capacity, I lead distributed teams and collaborate closely with international clients to deliver successful outcomes. In addition to my extensive professional journey, I\'ve had the privilege of serving as a lecturer at my alma mater, guiding students in the final stages of their Systems Engineering degree as a Final Project Auditor. Upon returning to Spain, I had the opportunity to contribute to a multinational company\'s support team, fostering continuous interaction with customers. Presently, I hold the role of a Business Analyst across multiple accounts, collaborating on management tasks. In summary, my career in IT spans over 15 years, encompassing diverse roles and sectors.
