Pragmatic and results-driven aviation development leader with extensive experience managing complex programs up to $450M across VIP, civil, and defense sectors, both in France and internationally. Led the Sabena/Thalès partnership for the full avionics upgrade of 27 CN235M (CASA) aircraft for the French Air Force, demonstrating strategic leadership and technical expertise. Starting September 1, 2025, I will head Sabena’s design engineering team, overseeing all client aircraft modifications—including cabin design, fluid and aerodynamic systems, structural enhancements, and avionics/electrical upgrades. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA, with graduation expected in June 2026, to further strengthen my leadership and business acumen.
