   As Vice President in our Wealth Product Management organization, I’m a trusted and influential leader with established internal stakeholders and external partnerships, proven in delivering complex and concurrent, multi team, high profile software projects. My team leads our governance and reporting standards, ensuring that our Wealth Product Managers are set up for success in defining their roadmaps, strategies and fiscal year priorities. This includes our product management leadership community events, annual and monthly product governance boards and product roadmap standardization. I also manage our Wealth Client quarterly event alongside our vendor partners and internal steering committee, which provides a peer-to-peer forum for our clients and Broadridge leaders to convene on the latest industry trends and topics. Achievements during this tenure also included leading teams across North America managing the product direction of our Wealth Transfer and Cash management solutions. Responsible for steering the direction and overall strategy of these products, client adoption and sales/solutions support. I was also the Broadridge representative serving as a participant and contributor on several industry committees including the ICI Broker Dealer Advisory Committee, DTCC Vendor Working Group and the DTCC AIP Broker-Dealer Roundtable, and SIFMA CAT division.
