My team works closely with Executives and Division Presidents across the organization to shape and ensure initiatives, projects, and critical messages are communicated across the global employee base. Mediums for communication include email, intranet, and monthly newsletters. I oversee the development and execution of employee communication-focused initiatives, helping to build and evolve the Vensure family of brands, including the internal communication strategy and corporate programs, of which philanthropic operations are a part. Here, we support and promote Vensure and its partner companies by conceptualizing and implementing high-impact internal communications strategies, corporate programs, and tactics consistent with overarching business objectives. Our goal is to communicate clear, meaningful messages across the organization and globe, to develop a robust, scalable corporate and internal communications infrastructure, and to support the larger company\'s growth initiatives.
