Define and implement the change management strategy in coordination with key stakeholders- Conduct impact assessments (organizational, human, technical) related to transformation projects- Develop and lead the change management plan (communication, training, support)- Identify resistance to change and propose appropriate mitigation strategies- Support the Director of Transformation and Innovation in identifying organizational transformation needs- Assist the Director in carrying out any tasks related to ongoing or upcoming projects, as needed- Design materials, deliverables, and presentations related to change management or any other Transformation & Innovation initiatives- Support managers in their role as change agents- Facilitate collaborative workshops, information sessions, and training sessions- Monitor the effectiveness of change management actions and adjust strategies as needed- Provide daily administrative assistance to the Director of Transformation & Innovation (agenda management, coordination of meetings)• Organize and follow up on meetings, workshops and steering committees (preparation of agendas, taking minutes, monitoring action items)- Manage documentation and ensure proper filing and accessibility of key project documents
