I’m a sophomore at Cornell University majoring in Food Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I’m passionate about the molecular aspects of food and how chemical reactions influence quality, nutrition, and the overall consumer experience.My goal is to work in flavor chemistry and/or research & development, where I can help create innovative food products that are both enjoyable and nutritious. In the future, I hope to open a bakery where I can combine my food science background and entrepreneurial mindset to craft innovative, high-quality products.
