Office Manager & Outreach Coordinator – Southeast Region (11 Counties)Keystone Health Agricultural Worker ProgramAs the Office Manager and Outreach Coordinator for Keystone Health’s Agricultural Worker Program, I oversee both the administrative operations and outreach strategies across 11 counties in the Southeast region. My role bridges the gap between healthcare access and the agricultural community by managing internal office workflows and leading field-based initiatives.Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily office functions and support staff to ensure smooth, client-centered service delivery. • Coordinate outreach activities including farm visits, clinics, and health fairs to identify and assist eligible farmworkers and their families. • Build relationships with employers, community agencies, and healthcare partners to expand program reach and improve service delivery. • Oversee client intake, documentation, and eligibility processes in accordance with program guidelines. • Promote access to care through education, resource connection, and advocacy tailored to the unique needs of migrant and seasonal workers. • Ensure that services are delivered with cultural sensitivity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Through this role, I’m committed to advancing the mission of Keystone Health by providing equitable healthcare access and outreach support to one of the most vital yet underserved populations in our region.
