In my role at Stanton Chase Los Angeles, reporting to the Owner of the Los Angeles office, I remotely support the seamless operation of our office through a diverse range of administrative and marketing activities. My key responsibilities include:Administrative Support: Handling financial duties, collaborating with contractors, managing engagement documents, preparing client proposals, and overseeing contract administration.Marketing Support: Driving local and regional marketing efforts, including lead generation, digital marketing, social media, press releases, public relations, event planning, and thought leadership initiatives.Candidate Development: Partnering with lead consultants on retained searches across various industries, managing search strategies, conducting research, and sourcing qualified candidates.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and recommending improvements to office processes, methods, and controls to ensure efficiency.Training & Onboarding: Onboarding and training new Directors and other office staff on office tools, databases, and operating procedures, and providing ongoing support.Data Management: Supporting data management needs, maintaining search data in Ezekia or other databases, and conducting primary and secondary research to understand target markets.Travel Coordination: Facilitating travel arrangements for staff and candidates.Meeting Facilitation: Conducting meetings to provide regular updates on office performance.My role is integral to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our office operations, ensuring seamless support for both staff and clients.
