I have over 21 years of successful achievement working as both a training manager and national events manager.As a Training Team Manager, I have experience leading and empowering a team of trainers with delivering high-quality training programs to internal and external stakeholders. I have strong coaching and organization skills, which enable me to mentor and motivate my team members, as well as plan and execute training projects efficiently and effectively. I am passionate about learning and development, and I strive to create engaging and impactful training experiences that align with the company\'s vision and values. As a national events manager I have extensive experience with project managing the design, delivery and execution of internal national events. I have strong communication and planning skills that enables me to collaborate well with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all event attendees have a consistent and positive event experience.I am always looking for new opportunities to grow and collaborate with others in the field of training, events and education.
