Supervise 14 stores in the McAllen/ Laredo/ Corpus Christi Markets to develop action plans that maximize profits and exceed goals for all Key Performance Metrics. • Visit stores to coach managers on best ways to deliver selling behaviors to drive revenue.• Recruit, hire, and develop a team of Store Managers and Associates to drive all metrics.• Lead store teams to maintain operational best practices consistent with Payless Shoe Source operational standards.• Conduct loss prevention audits to ensure policy and procedure compliance and minimize losses.• Address performance issue through training, coaching or disciplinary actions up to terminations• Analyze P&L reports to identify controllable store expenses and create improvement plans• Complete and present performance evaluations to all store managers.• Review weekly schedules for all stores in district to ensure they met business demands.• Attend and conduct weekly conference call to recognize top performance and realign manager’s focus around behaviors that will close performance gaps.
