Team Management and Collaboration- Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff- Provide guidance, support, and direction to project team members throughout the project lifecycle- Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members to ensure project success. Quality Control and Compliance- Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards- Monitor and enforce project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and other relevant records. Client Relationship Management- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing their concerns- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and managing expectations- Identify opportunities for additional work or project expansion, collaborating with the business development team.
