Project Management | Process Improvement | Data Analytics | Workforce and Business Development In this role, I am performing as a leader responsible for program tracking, standards, assessment, and improvement to provide project management leadership and consultancy to the workforce and contractor development team. Under the supervision of the principal director, I provide consultancy to obtain, analyze, and present data on various areas of project management. This work feeds and coordinates the process improvement efforts to maximize efficiencies in project delivery and quality assurance. Responsibilities under this role include the process mapping and standardization of systems used to track program information. Including but not limited to workforce and contractor development. On a day-to-day basis, I analyze data systems, information, and usage to identify places where systems can be streamlined and/or where gaps can exist. I collaborate and supervise all project management areas and develop contractor development programming in the green energy sector. This process includes improving program tracking standards and implementation of quality control across project cycles.This position collaborates in contractor development pathways in cross-functional teams across markets in the United States and provides continuous improvement support to all processes.
