Strategic energy consulting services to commercial, municipal, non-profit and higher education clients looking to reduce cost and improve energy performance. Conduct feasibility analysis and site assessments. Develop case studies for direct ownership, lease and power purchase agreement models for new construction and retrofit applications. Provide guidance on utility rebates and programs, and state incentives. Manage team of solar professionals in first statewide solar program. Develop program documentation, procedures, QA/QC targets and tracking. Negotiate and manage contracts for energy projects - create monthly financial reports, monthly invoices, and monthly status reports to meet the contract requirements. Develop and manage residential energy efficiency program, supervise team of energy analysts and vendors to provide comprehensive energy services. Track program metrics, provide updates, reporting. Identify and cultivate new public and private sector business development opportunities in energy efficiency and renewable energy. Support utility energy efficiency programs. Provide outreach and technical support to non-profits by helping them prioritize efficiency opportunities through site assessments. Lead business development to meet and exceed savings targets. Perform site feasibility and economic analysis, identify key financial performance metrics (net present value, ROI, IRR, simple payback) to help prioritize project opportunities for new construction and energy efficiency and solar retrofits. Provide technical assistance to public sector clients with RFP development and procurement strategies. Manage 60+ utility business account customers. Coordinate delivery of technical site assessments, client report review, customer follow-up. Work collaboratively with customers and trade allies to present lighting, mechanical, and energy management system solutions. Develop projects to exceed annual program kWh saving goals. Train and mentor staff.
