Intellectual property management, implementation and management of research and innovation projects, mainly funded by the European Union. I am responsible for the development and coordination of exploitation tasks and IP protection strategies in several projects (mainly funded under the EU\'s PF7 and H2020 Framework Programmes for Research and Technological Development). I collaborate in the development and promotion of Tech-Transfer and IP based business models. In this sense, I also contribute in the preparation and writing process of proposals for new funding opportunities. I prepare and negotiate Consortium Agreements and coordinate Grant Agreement preparation. As a legal expert I participate in many internal negotiations of co-ownership/exploitation agreements, registration and commercialization of intellectual property rights. I manage a network of specialized IP lawyers for the implementation of the suitable protection measures for R&D results. I also conduct research on the interdependence of intellectual property law and business development/ generation of wealth. Additionally, I prepare and conduct trainings and workshops on Intellectual property for European SMEs, universities and research research centers on Intellectual Property Law issues and business development and entrepreneurship. Also to contribute to knowledge base economy in Europe and South America.
