ABOUT J TODD LARSON
I currently advise fast-growing companies of market caps between $1MM and $1B. I leverage my extensive large company experiences (P&G, Amazon, Microsoft, etc.) and my 5 years of teaching MBAs at Seattle University to identify, measure, and improve the appropriate economics. I am a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and an MBA (IU, Kelly School of Business). I love learning about any business, sharing the financial/operational practices from the best companies in the world. I work with very diverse companies, new and old, of any industry (everything from salmon canneries to high-tech start-ups). I excel at brainstorming with companies, at no cost or obligation; it is literally my passion. If some of my skills are applicable, I work with simple month-to-month arrangements (normally as a 1099), with predetermined objectives. These frequently include building or improving pro-formas, DCF valuations, improving operational focus and tempo. I am passionate about contribution profit, operating leverage, and the variance of all estimates.
