My career journey began with a strong educational foundation in psychology, which has been instrumental in understanding the human aspect of risk assessment and decision-making. Blending psychology and insurance expertise enables me to approach client interactions with empathy, insight, and a genuine understanding of their needs.In addition to my insurance career, I actively support wellness initiatives and teach meditation classes that incorporate sound healing and chair yoga for all abilities. I’m passionate about helping others cultivate balance, mindfulness, and overall well-being, both personally and professionally.I’ve also been involved in mental health advocacy, crisis counseling and holistic nutrition, all of which have strengthened my ability to connect with individuals on a meaningful level and support improved health and well-being for everyone I come into contact with.
