Manages the operations and logistics of the College of Business Chapman Graduate School of Business program. Manages the recruitment, admissions, student and alumni services, and external partnerships. Proposes and administers plans in support of the program\'s strategic goals and objectives- Manages the delivery of student services, such as, registration, orientation, speaker visits, graduation, and special events- Works closely with current students and alumni regarding any issues related to the program. Bridges relationship with the Business Career Management office- Assists in the scheduling of courses and faculty assignments in consultation with all appropriate parties- Manages the International Study Abroad and Local trips. Works with the Office of Education Abroad (OEA) to process the contract. Collects student documents and applications for OEA and create requisition to ensure payments- Collaborates with departmental leadership in identifying and promoting program initiatives and executes strategies to meet admissions goals. Assists with budget planning and maintains fiscal responsibility for all program activities. Reviews accounts payable/receivable transactions, ensuring appropriate allocation of funds across program budget(s)- Manages and creates content for the program\'s social media accounts including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
