I don’t design screens, I help design systems that ship.My focus is building experience platforms where design moves cleanly into production. Components, tokens, and behaviors are structured so they can be reused, scaled, and increasingly generated through AI without losing clarity or craft.Over time, this has shifted my work toward the intersection of design, product, and engineering. Design becomes less about artifacts and more about defining how systems behave, how decisions scale, and how teams move faster with confidence.Today, I am actively integrating AI-native workflows into that system.

   I lead user experience across Caesars’ digital ecosystem with a focus on how design functions at enterprise scale. The environment spans multiple brands, platforms, and teams, where the primary challenge goes beyond creativity to coordination, execution, and durability.My work has centered on establishing design operations and evolving the design system into a managed product. By clarifying ownership, tightening collaboration with product and engineering, and replacing one-off execution with reusable patterns, teams are able to ship faster with greater confidence and consistency.This systems-first foundation has reduced friction, improved implementation quality, and created the conditions for automation and AI-assisted delivery to add real value. As a result, experience quality is easier to maintain over time, with brand coherence emerging as a direct outcome of better execution.
