ABOUT JOSHUA LARSON

Mr. Larson has more than 19 years of experience in program and project management, security, government relations, business development, and marketing. His experience is dominantly provided in the fields of national security and intelligence, where he has managed a number of programs related to emergency management, counterterrorism, nonproliferation, personnel security, physical security, foreign and domestic intelligence, as well as communications. Mr. Larson holds more than 45 current training certifications from federal government agencies in the above referenced technical areas. Mr. Larson provided current program management support in relation to the Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration’s (DOE/NNSA) Technical, Engineering, and Programmatic Support Services (TEPS) Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA), where he coordinated with teaming partners and subcontractors on various tasks and assignments. He also provided project management responsibilities and management oversight support for contracts throughout DOE and NNSA. He has also provided project management and contracts support with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and Montgomery County’s (MD) Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security. Mr. Larson has 15 solid years of proposal development experience with a track record of successfully managing proposal efforts from inception to completion for more than 700 federal government and state and local government bids and corporate interests. Proven experience in managing large teams consisting of internal employees and independent contractors, as well as multiple subcontractors and teaming partners. Conducts team reviews from pre-RFP to project award. Trained in use of Shipley’s Proposal Process for developing winning proposals.
