Responsible for developing and managing Multi-Family customer relationships.Key duties/responsibilities of New Business Development. • Recruit, negotiate with and sign-on new Property Management Companies• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in the renovation realm • Present information and solutions in a professional manner• Develop and maintain strong executive relationships • Proactively reaches out to new customers to set up presentations/ meetings.• Develops proposals, negotiates terms and conditions, and implements contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong results.
