Work with several Minnesota mutuals in completing all types of claims from inception to close- Gather supporting data including scope of loss, appraisals, interviews, police reports, correspondence, and/or statements related to the claim- Investigate the factual details related to property claims that helps determine coverage in a timely manner according to GMRC’s procedures- Provide a strong level of service to all mutuals, policy holders, claimants, agents, underwriting, contractors, and in-house claim representatives-Review losses over $50k and have authority of up to $100k for any specific claim-Assist my supervisor in other areas of claims when it is requested-Averaged 400-450 claims annually since 2016.

Over the years I have worked in a large variety of jobs, such as farming, retail, construction, property management, and currently insurance adjusting. Overall, my expertise is in construction and insurance adjusting. Much of my professional and volunteer experience has been throughout my whole life. I grew up in Cub Scouts and became an Eagle Scout; that whole journey alone included large amounts of volunteering and growing. I have learned leadership through different business organizations, sales & customer service from retail companies, management from my fathers\' business, and much more. I\'m a highly self motivated individual, I strive to get tasks done correctly and on time. It\'s an amazing feeling to see my own growth as a professional and business person. I also have experience in planning and marketing events, leading discussions, instructing others in professional environments, and much more.
