Coordinate day-to-day implementation tasks, such as configuring the Epic software based on the customer’s desired workflows, offering technical knowledge of the software and its capabilities, and advising the customer regarding its system testing and initial end-user training before go-live- Certifications in Epic’s Ambulatory, Inpatient Clinical Documentation, Procedure Orders, Order Transmittal, Beacon Oncology, Research, ASAP Emergency Department, Hospital Outpatient Departments, and Stork Labor & Delivery applications- Have provided support to over 30 different hospital systems, including University of Washington Medicine, UCSF Medical Center, University Hospitals (Cleveland), Spectrum Health, Beaumont Health, LCMC Health, MidMichigan, Luzerner Kantonsspital (Switzerland), and University College London Hospitals (United Kingdom)- Sage Award Winner for MidMichigan, given to “the person who did an outstanding job of demonstrating leadership and wisdom on a customer team, leveraging their experience and positive attitude to form the best possible experience for Epic and the customer.”
