The Environmental, Health, and Safety Center of Excellence (CoE) for Governance and Compliance is responsible for our global EHS program at TTC, including the development and implementation of the Roadmap, Strategic Action Plans, and Hoshin Kanri.As a Subject Matter Expert, the CoE manages Integrated Management Systems, Document Control, Business Continuity Plans, Internal Audits, Third-Party Assessments, Legal Requirements, and EHS Professional Development Plans.As the Lead Group Auditor, I focus on standardizing documented processes to ensure adherence to the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and improve company results.Duties & Responsibilities:* Act as Leader in defining overall strategies for the TTC enterprise EHS.(RoadMap)* Develop and implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at the organizational level to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations worldwide.* Implement an EHS internal Audit program of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.(2nd Party Assessment)* Coordinate with Legal, Risk Management, HR, and other departments to ensure the implementation of compliance programs that adhere to global Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations.(3rd Party assessment)* Act as EHS Lead Auditor and SME to TTC Enterprise systems (TBS-EHS Integration)* Develop and maintain the Global EHS Governance Manual.* Standardize all EHS enterprise Documents to be used across all TTC business Units.* Implement sustainability and pollution prevention programs to contribute with the global Sustainability initiatives.* Define the roadmap and support the implementation of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 5001, ISO 31001, and CTPAT certifications.* Train the Trainer and Functional Leader on EHS Kaizen, using a Comprehensive Methodology.
