Develop and manage budget for engineering and improvement project, monitor expenditures and resources allocation.Process Optimization: Oversee the optimization and automatization of process plant for efficiency, productivity and safe operation.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulation and standards to eliminate risk and reduce failures or defects elimination.Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance strategies for process plan equipment, collaborate with maintenance and operation team to minimize downtime. Lead the reliability Engineers on defect elimination and maximize the implementation of condition monitoring techniques and, lubrication and contamination control.

In my current role I make heavy employment of: vibration analysis thermography, ultrasonic shear and longitudinal wave, phased array, penetrant test, magnetic particle, positive material identification, RCM and RCA analysis. Achievements: Improve the mills liners measurement procedure, adding two dimension graphs of wear, avoiding unplanned mills shutdown due broken liners. Develop a spreadsheet for equipment conditions in vibration analysis and oil analysis connected to PI process book (lived control room indicators), saving time and giving to the technician an overall overview of the equipment actual conditions. Evaluation, technology analysis and execution to add X-ray inspection to the PDM portfolio to perform welding inspection as QA/QC for new weldings.Experience in the following Industries; Mining, Power plant and space climatization (HVAC).
